 2. Floatable Fabrics. Again a major difference between sexy and flirty. Tight, figure hugging fabrics work for sexy but light as air fabrics that look like they are floating on your body is flirty.

4. Bold Colors. Corals, pinks, reds, plums. Small dresses in bold colors is sweet and cheeky, it makes you appear hot but lighthearted. There is nothing lighthearted about a nude bandage dress…hot yes.

5. A Sense of Humor. The single most important element you can wear, a genuine laugh. Have a sense of humor.
